Direction to use - Dissolve content of a sachet in a cup of hot water or tea.

Contra Indications - Amarantha Imustress SF granules should not be used in children (up to 12 years of age), pregnant and lactating women. Amarantha Imustress SF granules are not recommended for use in person allergic to any ingredient of the granules.
