AFINITOR 10mg Tablet is used to prevent the rejection of transplanted organ in patients who have undergone a kidney, liver or heart transplant. Transplant rejection occurs when the organ recipients immune system attacks the transplanted organ.

AFINITOR 10mg Tablet helps prevent transplant rejection by suppressing the immune system. AFINITOR 10mg Tablet belongs to the group of drugs called anti-rejection medications. AFINITOR 10mg Tablet is used in combination with other medicines to prevent transplant rejection in organ transplant patients. AFINITOR 10mg Tablet may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

The dosage of AFINITOR 10mg Tablet may vary based on the patients age, gender, body weight, medical condition and response to treatment. Always follow your physicians instructions and/or the directions on the prescription drug label.

Swallow the AFINITOR 10mg Tablet tablets whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush or chew the AFINITOR 10mg Tablet tablets.

Always take AFINITOR 10mg Tablet tablets in the same way everyday, either with or without food.
