Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine, if you:
- are allergic to APLEX 30MG or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
- have severe kidney problems
- are suffering from depression with suicidal thinking or behavior or mood and experience sleeplessness
- You should not become pregnant while taking APLEX 30MG and should use an effective method of contraception during treatment with APLEX 30MG
- You should not use APLEX 30MG while breast-feeding. Ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine
Tell your doctor about any other medicine you are taking:
- rifampicin – an antibiotic used for tuberculosis
- phenytoin, phenobarbital and carbamazepine - medicines used in the treatment of seizures or epilepsy
- Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
- Swallow the tablets whole, preferably with water
- Take APLEX 30MG either with or without food
If you take more APLEX 30MG
- If you take more APLEX 30MG or if someone else has taken your medicine, talk to your doctor immediately and you may need medical attention
If you forgot to take APLEX 30MG
- If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember, unless it is time for your next dose. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose
If you stop taking APLEX 30MG
- Do not stop taking APLEX 30MG without talking to your doctor
Like all medicines, this medicine cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

- cough
- back pain
- vomiting
- depression
- diarrhea
- nausea
- feeling tired
- stomach pain
- loss of appetite
- frequent bowel movements
- difficulty sleeping (insomnia)
- indigestion or heartburn
- headaches, migraines or tension headaches
- upper respiratory tract infections such as cold, runny nose, sinus infection
- inflammation and swelling of the tubes in your lungs (bronchitis)
- common cold (nasopharyngitis)
