MULTAQ 400mg Tablet is a topical corticosteroid used to treat inflammation, redness, itching, and swelling caused by a number of skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, allergy, lichen simplex chronicus, genital organ pruritus, granuloma annulare, discoid lupus erythematosus, and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.

MULTAQ 400mg Tablet is also available in nasal spray form, which is used to treat and prevent nasal symptoms such as stuffy nose, runny nose, itching, and sneezing caused by seasonal or perennial (year-round) allergies. This medicine may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

The dosage of MULTAQ 400mg Tablet prescribed to each patient will vary. Always follow your physicians instructions and/or the directions on the prescription drug label. The following dosage information includes the common dose of MULTAQ 400mg Tablet. If your dose is different, do not follow the dosage described below unless your physician has approved.

Wash your hands before and after using MULTAQ 400mg Tablet. Apply a thin film of MULTAQ 400mg Tablet cream or ointment onto the affected area once daily. To apply the lotion, gently massage a few drops onto the affected area once daily.

If your physician has instructed or directed you to apply MULTAQ 400mg Tablet medication in a regular schedule and you have missed a dose of this medicine, apply it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the doses unless otherwise directed.

Any medication taken in excess can have serious consequences. If you suspect an overdose of MULTAQ 400mg Tablet, seek medical attention immediately.
