NUROSTAR C Injection Combi belongs to the class of drugs called vitamin supplements. Mecobalamin acts by promoting the growth and maturation of blood cells by enhancing nucleic acid synthesis in the bone marrow. Niacinamide maintains triglyceride levels and promotes vasodilatory effect.
