What OROFER FCM is used for?
It is used to treat iron deficiency anemia in adult who have :
- intolerance to oral iron or who have not responded well to treatment with oral iron
- non-dialysis dependent chronic kidney disease
Tell your healthcare provider about all your medical conditions, including if you:
- have had an allergic reaction to iron given into your vein
- have high blood pressure
Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.
