Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine if you
- are allergic to Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine and Piracetam or any other contents of this medicine
- have Cerebral haemorrhage
- have Kidney problem
- suffer from Huntingtons Disease
- have bleeding problem
Tell your doctor about all, the medicines you take including prescription, non-prescription or herbal medicines or especially if you are taking medicines such as
- Scopolamine (medication used to treat motion sickness and postoperative nausea and vomiting)
- Thyroxine
- Anticoagulants such as warfarin or acenocoumarol
- Aspirin
Directions for use
- Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you
- Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water
- Do not break or chew the tablets
If you take more PIRANULIN
- If you take more PIRANULIN, contact your doctor immediately
If you forget to take PIRANULIN
- Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. Take the next dose as usual
If you Stop taken PIRANULIN
- Do not stop taking PIRANULIN without talking to your doctor
Like all medicine, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

- spinning in the head, hallucination
- confusion, depression
- increased muscular activity
- diarrhea
- nervousness, sleepiness
- anxiety
- difficulty in walking, sleeplessness

- weakness, muscle spasm
