RELISULIDE Tablet oral is used for the treatment of acute pain, osteoarthritis, postoperative pain and dysmenorrhoea.

RELISULIDE Tablet topical is used for the treatment of acute pain, sprain and acute traumatic tendonitis.

RELISULIDE Tablet may also be prescribed for other conditions as determined by the doctor.

RELISULIDE Tablet belongs to the class of drugs called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This drug acts by blocking the synthesis of certain inflammation-causing agents. Thus, it helps in relieving pain and inflammation.

How to use RELISULIDE Tablet                                                                                                                               The dosage and the drug form depend on the age, weight and medical condition of an individual. Use RELISULIDE Tablet as prescribed by your doctor.

• Swallow the tablet whole. Do not crush or chew the tablet. Take RELISULIDE Tablet tablets with or without food.
• Shake the syrup well before taking each dose to ensure the uniform mixing of the drug.
• Wash and clean the affected area and apply a thin layer of RELISULIDE Tablet gel over the affected area.

If you miss a dose of RELISULIDE Tablet, use it immediately once you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, then skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not use a double dose to make up for the missed dose.

The overdose symptoms of RELISULIDE Tablet include the following:

• Heartburn
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Drowsiness
• Weakness
• Gastrointestinal haemorrhage
• Seizures
• High blood pressure
• Coma
• Kidney failure

You must seek immediate medical care if you experience any of the above symptoms.

• Aspirin
• Amoxicillin
• Cyclosporine
• Digoxin
• Isoniazid
• Ketoconazole
• Lithium
• Methotrexate
• Methyldopa
• Phenytoin

Store RELISULIDE Tablet tablets at room temperature (15 – 30^OC). Protect from light, heat, and moisture.

RELISULIDE Tablet is contraindicated in the patients with severe liver diseases and hypersensitivity to the drug.

3. Can I stop using RELISULIDE Tablet if the pain subsides?

No, it is not advised to discontinue RELISULIDE Tablet without doctor’s consent. Please consult your doctor if the pain subsides.
