What ULTRAVEX is used for?

• It is used on the skin to treat plaque psoriasis

• Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins and herbal supplements

• Use ULTRAVEX exactly as your healthcare provider tells you to use it
• Apply a thin layer of ULTRAVEX to the affected skin areas 2 times each day
• Avoid using ULTRAVEX on your face, underarms (armpits) or groin areas
• Do not bandage, cover or wrap the treated skin area unless your healthcare provider tells you to
• Talk to your healthcare provider if your skin does not improve after 2 weeks of treatment with ULTRAVEX
• Wash your hands after using ULTRAVEX unless you are using the medicine to treat your hands

If you apply more ULTRAVEX

• Do not use more ULTRAVEX until your doctor tells you to, talk to your doctor immediately and you may need medical attention

If you forget to apply ULTRAVEX

• If the forgotten dose is just a few hours late, use it straight away
• If it is nearly time for your next application, miss out the forgotten one
• Do the next application at the normal time
• Do not use double the amount but carry on using your ULTRAVEX at the usual times

If you stop applying ULTRAVEX

• Do not stop applying the ULTRAVEX until you have completed the full course of treatment
