• Trifala,

• Nilotpala,

• Adulasa,

• Daru-Haldi,

• Nagarmotha,

• Ashok Chaal,

• Dhai Ke Phool,

• Safed Chandan,

• Shiahjeera Sontha

• Amgiri Safed Jeeraka.

Dosage: 3 to 5 teaspoons of Ashokarishta with an equal quantity of water twice daily after meals.
